How far will a Goth go?

Mick the mild mannerd American Goth has come quite a way to be here for the Gothfest.

Here come the Goths!

I arrived back in the hostel to find that it had been invaded by Goths. Just when I thought things couldn't get more depressing, 70 000 people come to Leipzig for the world's biggest Gothfest. The Model T ford of the emotional spectrum. You can have any emotional state you want, so long as it's black. To be fair they were the happiest Goths I have ever met. More of them later with the Bach music....

Globetrotter hostel party pack

Here is a photo of the party pack on offer in the reception of the hostel. In it: a miniture radio, batteries, tootbrush and toothpaste, earplugs, Nivea Happy Time cream and two condoms. I suppose the earplugs are so that you don't hear the noise from the people with a party pack next door.

Let'skick this thing off

OK so Paris was problematic. Let's get going on Leipzig. Preparation has been limited, but hopefully we have a lead.
